LearnQual were established to provide quality learning and qualifications for the workplace. We have over a decade of expertise and experience providing online courses and qualifications including interpreting courses and interpreting qualifications such as community interpreting level 3, and teaching assistant courses such as Level 2 supporting teaching and learning in schools.
We have Centre Recognition with both Gatehouse Awards and Training Qualifications UK Awarding Organisations and aim to provide engaging and informative courses, assessments and qualifications that don't just get you a certificate, but ensure you are fully equipped for your role.

Meet the Team
LearnQual work with a small core team and employ freelancers to help create, run and administer our courses and qualifications.
Rob:
CEO
Rob has worked in Learning and Development for almost 20 years and has a wide variety of experience in a number of different sectors.
Rob has worked closely with the language industry for the last 9 years and has overseen the development of 8 Ofqual accredited qualifications, two of which won awards.
Rob spends his free time keeping fit, reading, improving his home and travelling.
Joanna:
Director
With over 7 year's experience, our Centre Director Joanna is responsible for ensuring the high quality of LearnQual’s qualifications and training courses.
Joanna is highly qualified, holding a Masters and Batchelor degree in Languages along with qualifications in Internal Quality Assessing and Assessment.
Joanna enjoys walking, music, reading, movies and fine dining.
Ajub:
Lead Tutor
Ajub is a natural linguist, proficient in 5 languages and has a prestigious career teaching, interpreting, translating, assessing and quality monitoring. Over the years and in different countries, Ajub has worked hard and has had to call on persistence, perseverance and inner strength, often in difficult circumstances.
Ajub is a keen football fan, likes to run and hike in his leisure time and spend time with his daughters.
Natalia:
Admin
Natalia is our freelance administrator who looks after enquiries, updates learner records, and books exams.
Natalia is studying sociology at the Marie Curie-Skłodowska
University in Lublin and is currently writing a thesis on student attitudes towards e-learning.
When she isn’t studying or working, Natalia enjoys spending time with her
5 year old son.
Ewa: Designer
Ewa is relatively new to learning design, however, she makes up for a lack of experience by being a quick learner and has a real passion for designing relevant and engaging content.
Ewa also has a love of animals and is studying Animal grooming and therapy at the University of Life Sciences.
Ewa likes to read, listen to music and keep fit.

Marta
Marta
works with LearnQual as a Polish assessor and exam facilitator.
She
is a professional translator and interpreter who speaks 4 languages. For the
last 8 years she has been working with companies, translation agencies and
private clients delivering translation and interpreting services within Law,
Public Services, Business and Marketing.
In
her free time, Marta enjoys reading biographies, travelling without crowds and
her favourite pastime is a good meal with her friends.
Francesca
Francesca started working as Italian interpreter in 2012,
and after becoming certified Lev.3 Community Interpreter in 2019 has been working for several language agencies in various specialisms and settings, working in Telephone Interpreting and Video Remote Interpreting as well as Face to Face.
Francesca is currently working toward her DPSI qualification and assesses in the Italian-English combination.
Francesca is very passionate learner of Psychology and Mental Health , and loves gardening and a healthy lifestyle.
Kiasi
Kiasi is an international business developer with expertise in sales and business management. Kiasi has a demonstrated history of working in the broadcast media industry and with an academic background in International business management, Interpreting & Communication.
Fluent in 5 languages, Kiasi is also an experienced translator
& Interpreter who has worked in the public and
private sector providing services to international
organisations, local councils, NHS, and non- government organisations; Asylum
support and migration.
Kiasi is the co- founder of Africa Investment Club: a collective enterprise that seeks to contribute in making the African continent a major destination for investments and tourism. Moreover, Kiasi is a radio host and a dedicated DEI (diversity and inclusion ) advocate.
Marta F
Marta is a translator and interpreter and translates from English, Galician and Italian into Spanish. Marta holds an MA in Translation and Interpreting from the University of Westminster and a DPSI from the Chartered Institute of Linguists.
Before becoming a translator, Marta spent more than 9 years in corporate banking, working mainly in the fields of IT and finance with European clients.
Marta specialises in medical, legal and technical texts.
Orget
Orget is an experienced Language Assessor and fully qualified interpreter with a Level 6 Diploma in Public Service Interpreting (Law).
With over 8 years of experience as an interpreter/ translator, Orget is skilled in Multilingual, Intercultural Communication, Linguistics, Translation, and Foreign Languages. Orget is highly qualified, holding a Bachelor focused on English Language and Literature, along with a Bachelor’s in Media studies.
Orget enjoys hiking, music, movies and social events.
Havraz
Havraz has more than 9 years experience teaching Civil Engineering and interpreting was a childhood hobby that has grown into a vocation. Havrez’ languages include Arabic, and Kurdish with its two main dialects: Sorani and Badini.
Havraz earned his M.Sc degree in Transportation Engineering from Budapest university of Technology and Economics-Hungary, and B.Sc in Civil Engineering from Duhok University-Kurdistan region of Iraq.
Outside of studying, Havraz likes travelling, reading, swimming, movies and hosting couchsurfers.
Abdullah
Abdullah is a qualified linguist who speaks Pashto and Urdu.
Currently, Abdullah provides language services to the Ministry of Justice and law enforcement agencies through different organisations.
Abdullah also works for private clients and law firms on a direct access basis.
Apart from Interpreting qualifications, Abdullah also holds LLB degree and masters degree in International Business Management.
Deniz
Deniz has been working as an interpreter for the past 6 years and has 27 years of experience, gained in various sectors.
Highly qualified and also holding a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering, Deniz served with the Foreign and Commonwealth Office as a Consular Assistant in Turkey for many years, before settling in the UK.
For leisure, Deniz enjoys reading, swimming, travelling and fine arts.
Raymond
Raymond is a professional linguist
from Ghana who speaks Akan, Twi, Fante and Ga languages with over 13 years’
experience.
Raymond provides Face-to-Face and
Remote services to various sectors i.e NHS, Social Services, Law Courts, Police
and also for private clients and law firms across England via his personal
Interpreting and Translation Agency (Ability Interpreting Services).
In addition to DPSI Community Interpreting
qualifications, Raymond holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree from Mountcrest
University College, Accra - Ghana.
Raymond is an Assessor,
motivational speaker and a philanthropist.
Ann
Ann started working as a Public Service Interpreter in 2010 and holds 3 Level 6 Diplomas in Community Interpreting, English - Polish, Russia and Lithuanian, plus CIOL DPSI Certificates in English Law. Ann is a Full member of CIOL and NRPSI.
Ann holds a UK Qualified Teacher Status (in Geography) awarded by UK National College for Teaching & Leadership in 2013, plus a Masters in Geography and a Bachelor Degree in Natural Science.
Outside of work, Ann enjoys reading, surfing and spending time with her family.
Lilija
Lilija has more than 7 years of experience as a qualified
interpreter and translator and holds a Level 6 Diploma in Public Service Interpreting.
Fluent in Lithuanian, Polish and Russian, Lilija provides linguistic services for the Ministry of Justice, the Home Office, and independent law firms. Lilija earned a first-class honours degree from The Open University studying Crime and Justice, which is an area she specializes in.
Outside of interpreting, Lilija enjoys fitness, swimming,
and time with her family.
Kristina
Kristina started working as an interpreter in 2012 and gained a Level 3 qualification in Community interpreting in 2015. Realising that she would like to work in Police settings, Kristina successfully passed the level 6 Diploma in Community Interpreting which allowed her to accept Police assignments. In October Kristina became a member of the NRPSI.
Before becoming an interpreter, Kristina was a textile technologist
and holds a Master's degree in Textile Engineering.
Kristina loves spending time in the garden, reading books, and watching documentaries related to crimes to widen her knowledge.
Ivona
Ivona is a Romanian-speaking linguist with over 10 years' experience in translating, interpreting and tutoring. She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics-Pedagogy and has obtained the following languages’ certifications from the CIOL: DipTrans, DPSI Health and DPSI Law.
Ivona has guided many students towards successfully gaining the DPSI, DCI,
DipTrans and DPI qualifications, and assisted and assessed many students
towards gaining their Level 3 qualifications in interpreting.
Ivona enjoys yoga, reading,
travelling and spending time with her family and friends.
Abdulkariim Sheekh
Abdulkariim is a Public Service Interpreter for all (Arabic, English and Somali) Culture and languages. He is also a Lecturer / Facilitator for a Modern Standard Somali Language and Culture Training Course, which includes curriculum / syllabus design, translation, interpreting, preparing, planning and delivering SLP0 - SLP4 course resources and materials from Arabic to Somali.
Having worked extensively overseas and in the UK for over 30 years as a public servant in public and private sector including voluntary and charitable organisations, he has significantly broadened effectiveness and adaptability within different working environments.
Morally, Abdulkarim is a Philanthropist so, he helps, supports and assists people, at the right place, at the right time.
Zaina Al-Sibai
Zaina is a professional certified Arabic interpreter and translator who has worked in the field for more than 5 years.
She enjoys helping people overcome language barriers. She has a bachelor degree in English Language and literature and enjoys teaching and assessing students in her free time.
She really loves reading, walking in nature and playing with her two boys.
